Our centre was founded in 2012 by Early childhood teacher Anne Chemello. With over 25 years experience in childcare and education, 8 years as an assessor for NCAC, President of the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACAWA) and Secretary to the National body of ACA.
Our service has an acceptance of and respect for cultural diversity, community, harmony and inclusion. We allow opportunities for all children to express themselves and make meaning of the world to find their 'belonging', 'being' and 'becoming' elements of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
At our Early Learning centre, we provide the foundation of children's education and social and emotional development through carefully planned programs created by our educators. We provide a rich play-based learning environment both indoors and outdoors at our service where children can explore and extend on their learning and understanding of the world through different opportunities throughout the day. Each room within the centre is designed and created in ways that support all children and allow them to play and learn through a variety of experiences both indoors and outdoors.
We believe children learn best when there is a positive, collaborative relationship between educators, families and children at our service where we can establish a supportive network that builds upon your child's education. With an exceeding rating, our service has a dedicated approach to continuous improvement to ensure to ensure that your child is being provided the best possible care and education.
At Warriapendi, we believe nutrition is vitally important for children's health and development. We provide a weekly menu that is planned by our highly trained cook that provides tasty, well balanced meals that are nutritious and cater for all allergies and dietary requirements. Our menus are seasonally based and changed regularly to provide various kinds of cuisines and allow us to explore our taste buds. Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea are provided throughout the day. From this, we ask that no food is brought into our service as compromises food hygiene and any allergies children in our service may have.
