What if my child is sick?We understand that children get sick from time to time so we are sure parents would appreciate our concern for protecting the health of all the children attending the centre. We have a variety of practices to keep our clean and hygienic to minimise the spread of illness, we do ask that if your child is sick they do not attend. Please speak to our office regarding our illness policy.

What are the fees at your service?Our fees are $157.50 per day before Child Care Subsidy. We also offer a range of sessions to suit the needs of your CCS; To find out more about how our sessions work, please speak to our service coordinator.

Operational HoursWe are open Monday to Friday 7.00am - 6.00pm and closed on public holidays.

What if my booking lands on a public holiday?Like most services in our industry we are closed on public holidays. Fees do still apply to these days as staffing and operational costs are still in place.

How can I pay my fees?We offer two types of payment at our service, through direct debit or credit card. All you need to do is choose which payment option is easiest for you. All accounts are required to be 2 weeks in advance, fees are taken the week before enrolment start date. For CCS purposes our service cannot accept cash.

Allergies and Dietary requirementsWe cater for all allergies and dietary requirements at our service, and we are a completely nut free centre. Our onsite chef will cater for any dietary requirements your child may have. If your child has any allergies, dietary requirements please let our educators know and we will be happy to help.
